Return and Exchange Eligibility:
This policy applies to products purchased directly from Horner Shearing via the website, over the telephone or from our premises. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and original packaging intact. When returning any item, we strongly advise that you request a receipt/proof of delivery in case of non-delivery or damage. We reserve the right to withhold the refund if an item is returned damaged and, in such events, it is your responsibility to pursue a claim with your carrier. Horner Shearing cannot be held responsible in this case.
Return and Exchange Period:
Refunds: Items eligible for a refund must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Exchanges: Items eligible for an exchange must be returned within 180 days of the delivery date.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on Horner Shearing’s part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, when returning a product, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined in this policy to send back the original item. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the desired exchange item free of charge, subject to availability. We estimate that you will receive your exchanged item within 3 days of Horner Shearing receiving the original returned product.
Non-Returnable Items:
Vouchers, clearance items, and customised products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at info@hornershearing.com within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged or defective product to assess the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.
Purchases from Third-Party Sellers or Partner Stockists:
Only products purchased directly from Horner Shearing are eligible for return or exchange under this policy.

All items are exchanged free of charge, with free postage back to you. However, the cost of returning the item to Horner Shearing first, falls to the consumer.
