THE LONGHORN 12 VOLT- THE PROFESSIONAL & THE FARMERS MACHINE
Designed from 25 years of sheep shearing in the North Country. Manufactured by Horner Shearing.

New - The Longhorn Transformer
240v mains to 12v D.C.
Available separately - shear at 12 volts from the battery in the field, or
through the transformer via electric.
Recommended by farmers and professional shearers throughout Wales, England, Scotland and overseas:
The Longhorn is the best thing I've bought.
We clipped hundreds of sheep with ours last year, on the moor. It saved
long drives, and the mismothering of young lambs this caused. I wouldn't
have thought anything run off a battery was capable of shearing, but one
day alone we sheared over 300 Lonk and Gristone hoggs. The only charging
the Escort van battery had was at meal times when we started the engine
and left a brick on the accelerator for 5 minutes. Clipping has never been
as quiet or easy. I'd recommend the Longhorn 3.2 to anyone.
Jim
Cropper - Bacup, Lancs (Dog Trialist).
We didn't think it possible from a battery,
but we tailed 1,200 (twelve hundred) sheep in one day with our Longhorn
2.8 without having to recharge and the battery was still strong when we
finished.
E.K.W. Garstang, Lancs.
I thoroughly back the Longhorn 12 volt machine.
Richard Froggat - East

I recommend the Longhorn 12 volt to anyone.

Many of our sales are now to overseas farmers, and we are looking for overseas agents for the Longhorn 12 Volt shearing machine.
